Ability to plan for and meet deadlines
Graduate from a top 50, national university
Availability in afternoons, evenings, and/or on weekends to meet with students

Able to commit to students for multi-year assignments
Has exceptional communication and client service skills
Graduate application experience is a plus, but most applicants focus on undergrad admissions.
