Ben Gutierrez has spent over ten years helping students and families navigate the college admissions process, with particular expertise in highly selective universities. He brings firsthand insight from his work on admissions and scholarship selection committees at Vanderbilt University and Johns Hopkins Universityātwo of the nation’s top universities. Ben works with students interested in STEM, pre-health, global studies, and research-focused programs, guiding them in building well-rounded academic and extracurricular profiles that distinguish them in a competitive applicant pool. Throughout his career, he has helped students craft compelling applications that reflect their interests, strengths, and goals. Drawing on deep institutional knowledge, Ben provides thoughtful, personalized guidance to help students reflect on their experiences, uncover their unique stories, and find college communities where they can thrive both academically and personally. Ben holds a Bachelorās degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt and a Master of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins.
