Empowerly is rapidly growing and backed by top Silicon Valley venture capital firms. We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, and experienced Operations Associate to work for Empowerly full time. We are looking for an adaptive, technologically savvy professional who is able to wear many hats and thrive in a fast paced environment.

You will be an early employee at a seed stage startup and will be a strong contributor to reaching our milestones to raise Series A funding. As a member of the Operations team, you’ll help us to establish strong ops processes and solve complex problems that will allow us to effectively scale the company.

In this job, you will:

  • Work with a team to manage Empowerly’s operations processes and contractor teams
  • Work cross functionally to assist with Community Management, Sales, Onboarding, and Product initiatives as needed
  • Manage various initiatives and projects on behalf of the Empowerly Operations Team
  • Help to manage operations and support for Empowerly Community members
  • Represent Empowerly’s brand to current and prospective customers
  • Help the Operations Team to scale by improving processes and solving complex problems

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Administrative role(s)

Nice to haves:

  • Previous startup industry experience, preferably in administration or operations
  • Experience with phone and customer support tools such as Aircall and ZenDesk
  • Experience with Excel/Google sheets and data analysis
  • Ability to multitask
