• Empowerly counseling sessions use your Employer & Vivvi annual benefit uses
• 1 use = 60 minutes of counseling support
• 30-minute support options may use 0.5 uses
• There is no copay applied to the 60-minute counseling session
• Estimated sessions may be temporarily reserved based on your student’s school year
• Unused reserved sessions are automatically returned to your available balance
