Brennan previously served as an admissions officer at UC Berkeley and a summer program application reader for Stanford. He holds a B.A. in Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara and brings 10+ years of counseling experience. His students have been admitted to: University of Pennsylvania, UC Berkeley, UCLA, USC, UC San Diego, NYU, and UIUC, and have earned spots in selective summer programs such as COSMOS, UC Berkeley ATDP, and Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies. 

Cassidy holds a B.A. and an M.S. in International Business. She brings 6+ years of experience, having evaluated ~10,000 applications and participating in 500+ committee decisions across multiple highly selective institutions. Her students have been admitted to top universities including Harvard, Stanford, MIT, University of Pennsylvania, UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, and Amherst College and summer programs including Stanford Humanities, UCSB RMP and Georgetown Humanities. 

A first-generation US college student, successfully gaining admission to Princeton, where he studied electrical engineering, he worked on Wall Street building trading systems, at Facebook developing machine learning models, and researching natural language processing (NLP) techniques for disinformation detection. Driven by his own experiences, he co-founded Empowerly to help other students overcome common application challenges and achieve their academic aspirations.
